Sandcastles of a Chilly Day!

Anybody can build castles on a sunny and warm day but it takes real sandcastlers to build in sixty degree weather. And boy did they build. First was on North Padre Island.

I don't have any ideas how people are building from sand different figures. I think this is something impossible for me to do :(
