PAISD Science Fair 2010

Port Aransas, Texas is a great town. Today was the PAISD Science Fair 2010. Students from the elementary and middle schools entered their science projects and competed for First, Second, and Third place for each grade level. I got lots of great pictures but had to narrow it down to just a few of the first place winners. Eighth, seventh, and sixth are the first three. Wish more could of been posted. Way to go guys.

First Day Of Spring Lesson 2010

This is one of those families you just want to spend all day with. Unfortunately a rare first day of spring cold front moved in and ran us off to the beach. Hope I run into these guys again when the sun is shining. Think Mom was the creative influence in the family. Her son is drawn to the huge waves created by the cold front moving in.

Great shot! The son on the left got an unexpected drenching from a tidal surge wave. He is O.K. and a bit wet.

Taking a movie of the sandcastle.

The family that castles together smiles together. Thanks for the fun morning.

I love meeting people on the beach. This was another fun group into the beach thing!

Spring Cold Front 2010

First day of spring 2010 and a cold front blows in. We got our lesson in before the cold front hit and the rain sent us running. Really cool cloud action.
You always want to go outside, you never know what you might miss.
