Last Castle Of 2008

These guys took their second lesson on the last day of the new Year. Their first was on Monday.

The day after their first lesson they built this castle by themselves. and decided on a second lesson that resulted in the castle in the picture above......COOL!

The next two pictures are of yesterday's lesson or what was left of it today.

The tower on the left was built after I left the lesson.

Boy was this a fun day. It is always great to end the year in the sand and, to start the new one the same way.

Great Day For A Castle

This castle was built on the beach by the Port Royal Condominiums.

Sandcastles of a Chilly Day!

Anybody can build castles on a sunny and warm day but it takes real sandcastlers to build in sixty degree weather. And boy did they build. First was on North Padre Island.

Check out the heart on the end below.

Saturday Sandcastles

This fun bunch from Arkansa were visiting the Port Royal and built a better sandcastle on Saturday after Christmas. COOL!

Merry Christmas
