Spring Break 2007
They took the pledge and swore to have fun, help others have fun, and to Unlitter. The castle was so long it wouldn't fit in the picture. I am sure they got plenty of pictures and will enjoy them for years to come.
They were already making plans for tomorrow's Castle in the Sand.
Have Fun and See Ya in the Sand!!!!!!

The Owl and the Pussycat!!!
Mark Lambdin and his wife, Vickye Took me to a store in San Marcos called "The Paper Bear".
This was the most unique store the Port A Sand Guy has ever been in. I bought two minatures, an Owl and a Cat. So Mark and I carved the owl and the pussycat shown here using the minatures as models.
These pictures were taken in Mark's back yard and his above ground sand box. QWELL !
When working with sand it always helps to have a model to look at as you carve.
