Sand Marlins Today
Sand Marlins met today for the last practice before SandFest. Only had two and a half attend but got a miniature version and feel ready for the event.

Team Building on North Padre Island
Team building with an Orchestra group from Dallas at Island House Condominiums on North Padre Island. I love working with high school orchestras, bands, and choirs. They are some of the most creative and intelligent high school students out there. This group did not disappoint.

This group worked well as a team. Started out a little rocky but came together right away. They were very imaginative and had a great presentation.
Loved this group. Started out working as a team and they incorporated everything they learned from the demonstration and were not afraid to test the sand. Great technical difficulty.
Great imagination with this group and what a fun bunch. Great presentation of their piece.
The Seniors had senioritice. They built Trump his wall and made America great again. Great presentation.
This was another fun group and I don't say that because they laughed at all my stupid jokes. Great talent and imagination. Worked well together.
With students like this America can look to a bright and shiny future. Keep playing the music and playing in the sand.

Second Lesson for this Crew
Had two collapses but lots of fun. Learned arches and some carving on the pancakes. Stacking went a little quicker because they remembered how to do it. Great castle students!

Beach Marker 17 Sandcastle
This crew had a displaced snake visit their castle last year. Second lesson with arches and carving on the pancake stacks. This was a fun group.

Great Beach Weather Brings Out Awesome Sandcastles
Such a great day to be on the beach playing in the sand.
First was Cinnamon Shore. Had lots of watchers and a few doers.
This family has done this before. They brought their own tools.
I think this was a second time for this group. Great fun was had here.
Port Royal found people waiting for me to arrive.
This young girl wanted to build a dolphin and she did.
This was another super group.
This guy carved several towers.
These two did a great job on this dolphin.

I expect great things from these guys. They had a pretty good sandcastle built when I showed up. Then they learned about water. Great going guys.
These two came at the end of the lessons and still built a sweet castle.
This guy just loved to do the pancakes. I don't blame him. Have fun and help others have fun. Keep up the great job.
Met these girls at Beach Marker 10 and what fun they were. It is great when friends build a sandcastle together.
