Beautiful Day to Learn to build a Sandcastle
First one was at Sandcastle Drive and the beach.
This family came prepared with buckets, and tools.
Next a team building at the Parking lot on Windward Drive on North Padre Island.
What a fun day.

What a Great Day in the Sand
Started the day at Cinnamon Shore with a really creative crew. This was a second lesson with a few of them, but most it was a first time.
Great students; lots of fun.
Then to Beach Marker 35 and this young crew.
Another bunch of fun. Also ran into a few of my past students walking on the beach and some friends just hanging out enjoying the weekend.
Then Port Royal and a second lesson for most. A little older this time, they did really well.
Really fun bunch a students.
Met Bron, a local icon and friend, at Beach Marker 0 today. He had some friends in and wanted to share the art of shaping sand with them.
Great day in the sand.

Great Start to Memorial Day Weekend 2016
This picture was sent to me by one of my groups from last week. They are staying at the Dunes and made this castle the next day. Awesome.
The first lesson of the day was a second lesson for this group.
Always surprises me at how much they remember from year to year. The older boy was really great at the pancake stacking and the dad was still working when I left.
Great Job!
The high winds have been pushing the tide into the dunes. Between Beach Marker 58 and 98 the beach is almost nonexistent. High tide at 10 am is in the dunes; low tide at 2 am gives a little more space.
This lesson was at the Sandpiper.
What a really fun group of kids. I really enjoyed playing in the sand with them.
Great fun today.
