Saturday on the Beach II
The final lesson of the day. What a great family. The youngest girl wanted to build a bell tower and despite all the warnings about how difficult it would be she continued. What fun! She did it. even got a bell in the tower.

The second lesson of the day was at Sea Gull Condominiums. These kids were having a great time. They learned to stack sand and carve, carve, carve.

This girl and her family had a lesson yesterday and were busy building till the tide came in. LOOK OUT!!!!! Good Job folks.

Thursday Sandcastles On Mustang Island
The afternoon castle. These kids learned a lot about castle building and had lots of fun.

The first castle of the day was another crew from Oklahoma. Fun group! They even added a dragon's lair. The dragon was to protect the Princess:

Three Boys And Four Towers!
These boys got a second lesson today. The last lesson of the day. They stacked and carved this Wizard's lair in one hour. It was a fort with a court yard in the very center. COOL!!!!!!

Wednesday In The Sand!
This was the second lesson in a really fun day. Spring Break 2009 is going to go down as one of the greatest ever! Just look at these towers. This family got the stacking down and didn't stop till the carving was done. What Fun!!!!!!

A Really Great Day In The Sand II
These three boys were the end of a really fun day. They had great imaginations and were just fun to play in the sand with. Thanks guys for all the fun in the sand.

Sometimes Ya Gotta Build Just For The Action Figures!
These kids just had a blast digging in the sand. Not sure they were interested in the finer points of sandcastle building but when it is your castle.....sometimes ya gotta build just for the action figures. Thanks for the fun time kids. Keep building castles.

The next two pictures were of the Kiwanis 5-K run last Saturday. A cold and windy day. The sand was blowing too much to get pictures of the runners. These were taken in the kids sandbox. Thanks to the Port A High School Key Club for helping out this year
